2、离心泵的一般特点

1水沿离心泵的流经方向是沿叶轮的轴向吸入，垂直于轴向流出，雨水混流泵安装，即进出水流方向互成90°。

2由于离心泵靠叶轮进口形成真空吸水，因此在起动前必须向泵内和吸水管内灌注引水，雨水混流泵厂家，或用真空泵抽气，以排出空气形成真空，而且泵壳和吸水管路必须严格密封，不得漏气，否则形不成真空，也就吸不上水来。

3由于叶轮进口不可能形成绝  真空，雨水混流泵采购价，因此离心泵吸水高度不能超过10米，加上水流经吸水管路带来的沿程损失，实际允许安装高度水泵轴线距吸入水面的高度远小于10米。如安装过高，则不吸水；此外，由于山区比平原---压力低，因此同一台水泵在山区，---是在高山区安装时，其安装高度应降低，否则也不能吸上水来。

二开车前准备：

1、检查地脚螺栓的坚固情况。

2、检查传动皮带松紧程度及安装设备是否安装妥善。

3、检查进、出水管是否进气、漏水。

4、检查填料松紧是否适宜。

5、检查电动机和水泵轴心线是否在同一直线上，直联时，电动机旋转方向是否符合泵的旋转方向。

6、检查泵内有无障碍，轴是否卡住，雨水混流泵，用手转动应轻无杂音。

1. check the foundation bolts if they are firm.

2. check the degree of tightness of drive belt&check the

installation if it is suitable.

3.check the water–in&outpipes if they are leaking water&air.

4.check the degeree of tightness of padding if it is suitable.

    5.check the

motor&pump axile lead if they are in the same line&check the direction

of rotation of motor if it is the same with the rotation direction of pump.

    6.check the

pump if there are barriers ， if the axile locks， there should be no noises when

turing it by hand.
